We're a busy, high-end restaurant in the Sydney CBD looking for a reliable, detail-driven cleaner to join our team. Our guests expect a spotless room and so do we.
The role is an early AM cleaning role, in between night service and day service.
What you'll be doing
- Vacuuming and mopping all floor areas, front and back of house
- Cleaning and polishing stainless steel surfaces and equipment
- Deep cleaning the bar, including surfaces, fridges, shelving and glassware areas
- Cleaning the kitchen to a high hygiene standard
- Cleaning, resetting and aligning tables and chairs ready for service
- Moving and carrying tables and furniture for room changes and events
- Resetting the venue so it's ready for the next service
- Polishing cutlery, glassware and fixtures
What we're looking for
- Previous cleaning experience,
ideally in hospitality (not essential if you have the right attitude)
- A strong eye for detail and pride in your work
- Reliable and punctual. The team relies on the venue being ready on time
- Able to work independently and follow a cleaning checklist
- Physically fit. The role involves lifting, carrying and being on your feet
- Full working rights in Australia
What we offer
- Casual Role with excellent pay
- $40-$50 per hour
