Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Craigieburn Gladstone Park

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Gladstone Park. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Pay structure

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Your responsibilities

Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems. Attend mentoring and team workshops. Coach clients in one-to-one sessions. Help interested people understand what the training involves.

When you need to be available

- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week




- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.

Rent and support

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

What we are looking for

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
