Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Austral Hinchinbrook

Looking for a casual personal training role in Hinchinbrook? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full-time hours.

Pay rates

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- What we are looking for

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

The role

- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.




- Hours you need to be free

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

Rent and support

There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.
