Personal Trainer Wanted | Skye

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Skye. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Support

You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.

Availability

- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.

What you will do

Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems. Take part in mentoring and team workshops. Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions. Talk new enquiries through how the training works.

Pay structure

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr




- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
