St Marys Diggers & Band Club is located in the heart of Western Sydney and operates across two venues St Marys Diggers and Band Club.

We are proud to support our local community, with more than 80 staff and over 18,000 members across the Group.

As our clubs continue to grow, we are looking for Night Gaming Attendants to join our team on a casual basis.

About the Role

As a Night Gaming Attendant, you will help provide our members and guests with a friendly, safe and enjoyable experience.

You will work across both of our venues, with the role mainly focused on evening and night shifts.

Your duties will include:

- Providing friendly and professional service to members and guests
- Looking after the gaming floor and assisting members when needed
- Keeping the gaming area clean, tidy and well presented
- Monitoring the gaming floor and reporting any issues to the Duty Manager
- Assisting with jackpots and other gaming duties
- Completing gaming floor checks and other required tasks
- Following responsible gambling and club procedures
- Helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment
- Working with the wider team to provide a high level of customer service

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

- Has previous gaming experience




- Enjoys working with people and providing great customer service
- Has good communication skills
- Takes pride in their presentation and grooming
- Is friendly, reliable and approachable
- Works well as part of a team
- Can remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult situations
- Is happy to work across both club venues
- Can work a flexible roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays

What You Need

- Previous gaming experience
- Current NSW RSA and ARCG
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Professional presentation
- Availability to work a flexible roster
