Key Responsibilities

- Deliver friendly, professional and exceptional customer service.
- Assist customers with general pharmacy products and enquiries.
- Process sales and operate the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain attractive, clean and well-stocked shelves and displays.
- Assist with stock replenishment, merchandising and inventory management.
- Support pharmacists and other team members with daily pharmacy operations.
- Help create a welcoming and positive environment for our customers.

About You

- Previous pharmacy or retail experience is preferred but not essential.
- Friendly, approachable and confident when interacting with customers.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organised, proactive and willing to learn.
- A genuine interest in health, wellbeing and customer care.
