The Eternal Bouquet is an Australian e-commerce brand specialising in preserved flowers and personalised gifts. We create beautifully crafted products for life's most meaningful occasions, from birthdays and anniversaries to Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, and weddings.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, detail-driven role at the heart of our fulfilment operation. You'll be responsible for picking and packing customer orders accurately and on time, personalising products to a high standard, and making sure every order that leaves the warehouse reflects the quality our customers expect.

This is not a standard warehouse role. Our products are gifts, and the finish matters. You'll be working with preserved flowers, personalised glass vases, and curated gift boxes, so attention to detail and pride in presentation are non-negotiable.

You'll be working mostly independently, supported by a small team, in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

- Pick and pack customer orders accurately against order specifications, meeting daily dispatch targets
- Personalise products to brief, including applying labels and decals, and curating personalised gifts to brand standards
- Assist with product production and preparation, including flower arrangements, bouquet assembly, and gift construction




- Conduct quality checks on every outgoing order before dispatch
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace throughout the day
- Assist with stock receiving, shelving, and organisation
- Communicate any stock discrepancies, product issues, or delays promptly

What We're Looking For

- At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, fulfilment, production, retail, floristry or gifting environment
- Strong attention to detail. You notice when something is wrong before it leaves your hands
- Comfortable with hands-on work and able to hold a consistent standard throughout the day
- Reliable and punctual, with an attendance record that reflects your commitment
- Able to self-manage and stay productive without being supervised every step of the way
- Calm and focused under pressure. Your accuracy doesn't drop when volume increases during peak periods
- Available to work additional hours during our peak seasons (see below)
- A team player who brings a positive, qualified attitude to work
- Basic comfort with technology. All systems will be fully trained

Hours and Availability

Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, with a minimum of 3 days a week to start.

Our busiest periods are Black Friday through to Christmas, late January through to Valentine's Day, and the lead-up to Mother's Day. During these periods you'll need to be available for additional days and hours beyond your usual pattern, and we ask that leave isn't planned during these windows. Advance notice of peak rosters will always be provided.

Employment

We're offering this role as either permanent part time or casual.
