Snap Fitness Concord West Cremorne | Personal Trainer

Looking for a casual personal training role in Cremorne? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full time hours.

Requirements

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

When you need to be available

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

What you will do

Attend mentoring and team workshops. Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting. Coach each client one-to-one. Work within our coaching and administration processes.

Pay rates

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top.



Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.
