Snap Fitness Austral St Clair | Personal Trainer

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in St Clair. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Rent and support

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

Hours you need to be free

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

Pay structure

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- Your responsibilities
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.




- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- To be considered

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
