About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and reliable Landscape Labourer / Trade Assistant to join our growing team.

You don't need to be a qualified landscaper, but previous experience in construction, landscaping or another hands-on trade is essential.

You'll be working alongside our experienced team on a variety of high-end residential landscaping projects across the Northern Beaches and surrounding areas.

We're after someone who has a solid work ethic, takes initiative, enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in a job well done.

What You'll Be Doing

- Assisting with structural landscaping and general construction works
- Paving, retaining walls, concreting, drainage, decking, turfing and planting
- Site preparation, excavation, material handling and general labouring
- Using hand tools, power tools and machinery safely and confidently




- Working alongside qualified landscapers and learning new construction techniques
- Helping maintain safe, organised and efficient worksites
- Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive work environment

What We're Looking For

- Previous hands-on experience in construction, landscaping or a related trade (essential)
- White Card and current driver's licence (essential)
- Confidence using basic hand tools and power tools
- Positive attitude, reliability and a solid work ethic
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on outdoor work
- Willingness to learn, take initiative and develop new skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
- Someone who takes pride in their workmanship and pays attention to detail

Formal landscaping qualifications aren't essential. We're more interested in finding someone with practical experience, a outstanding attitude and the willingness to grow with our team.

Pay: $32.00 – $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 38.0 per week
