Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Austral Eastern Creek

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Eastern Creek, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.

Qualifications

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Pay structure

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- How we support you

There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

Availability

- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week




- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.

The role

- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
