Position: Barista/Cafe All-Rounder/Customer Service/Waitress

Location: Russell, ACT 2609

Responsibilities:

- Greeting and seating customers with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Taking customer orders and serving food and beverages promptly
- Providing recommendations on menu items and specials
- Ensuring tables are clean and set up for the next guests
- Handling cash transactions and using the POS system
- Collaborating with the kitchen and barista team for a seamless dining experience
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and hot beverages.
- Operating coffee machines, grinders, and ensuring correct coffee calibration

Requirements:

- Availability : Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm only.



No Weekend Work.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory
- For some roles, Australian Citizenship is required and a current Defence security clearance is needed or applicants must be willing to apply (cost covered by employer)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Basic coffee‑making skills
