La Louisiane is seeking energetic, self-motivated team members to fill casual FOH roles as Lead Section Waiters. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering guest experiences that exceed expectations.
Approximately 20-30 hours per week, with opportunities for growth.
We're opening another venue, Louis' Brasserie & Guesthouse in early 2027 - with multiple opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring guest experience metrics are achieved through knowledgeable, passionate table-side service.
- In-depth knowledge of the menu and associated dietary restrictions.
- Meeting spend per head targets.
- Being in charge of a section, taking food & beverage orders.
- Knowledgeable wine service.
- Delivering food and clearing tables.
- Ensuring the venue is presented & organised to standard at all times.
