Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Bradfield. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.
Qualifications
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Pay rates
Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- The role
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Support
No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.
Availability
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
