Casual Personal Trainer | Bayview

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Bayview. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

Availability

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

Pay and super

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Requirements

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

The role

Work within our coaching and administration processes.



Attend mentoring and team workshops. Talk current enquiries through how the training works. Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.
