Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate, customer-focused Experienced Sales Assistant to join our team. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service, driving sales, and ensuring the boutique is presented to the highest standard at all times. Your product knowledge, retail experience, and flair for fragrance will help you build lasting relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized customer service with expert advice on perfumes and candles
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through confident selling techniques
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and boutique presentation
- Develop strong product knowledge to educate and inspire customers




- Handle point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain stock levels, replenishment, and daily procedures
- Support with in-store promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a similar setting
- Passion for fragrances, home ambiance, and premium products
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Skilled demeanor
- Ability to work in a personalized, customer-facing environment

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (Preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
