Subi Sports Recovery is looking for an enthusiastic receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming face of our sauna, cold plunge, remedial massage and recovery space in South Perth.
We have a range of hours available, however we do need some evening and weekend availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
- Managing bookings and scheduling using our booking software
- Answering phone, email, and social media enquiries
- Processing payments and memberships
- Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the recovery space
- Ensuring sauna, cold plunge, and communal areas remain clean, presentable, and welcoming
- Restocking amenities, towels, and supplies
- Supporting the team with general administration tasks
- Helping create a relaxing, premium customer experience
Requirements:
- Previous customer service or reception experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly,
positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Well-presented with robust attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
- Interest in wellness, fitness, recovery, or health is highly regarded
