The Role:We are seeking an experienced, pragmatic, and highly organized Food & Beverage Supervisor / Assistant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and daily floor service. You will oversee a dynamic team of 8–10 staff (including baristas and casuals), handle scheduling, and manage rosters using our automated point-of-sale system (Lightspeed).

Requirements:- Qualifications: Certificate III or IV in Hospitality OR 2+ years of proven experience supervising a team in a busy café or restaurant environment.- Skills: Solid hands-on experience in either Floor Service, Coffee/Barista, or basic kitchen operations.



Tech-savvy enough to easily adapt to digital systems (Lightspeed).- Certifications: Food Safety Supervisor (FSS) and RSA are preferred, but we will give you time to complete them online once you start!
