First Choice Support is expanding, and we are currently looking for compassionate, reliable casual Support Workers to join our dedicated team.

About the Role

As a Support Worker with First Choice, you will empower our clients to live independently, safely, and comfortably in their own homes. Duties are varied and rewarding, depending on each client’s individual plan, and may include:

- Domestic Assistance: Light housekeeping, tidying, making beds and maintaining a clean home environment.
- Meal Preparation: Assisting with cooking, nutrition planning, and meal setup.
- Personal Care:



Supporting clients with daily grooming, hygiene, and personal routines where needed.
- Social Support & Community Access: Accompanying clients to appointments, shopping trips, or social outings.
- Respite & Palliative Care: Providing compassionate care and relief for primary caregivers.

What We Are Looking For

- Someone with a current drivers license and reliable car
- Must be available for work from 8am to 3pm Monday to Friday and possibly more.
- A caring, patient, and empathetic nature with a true passion for helping others.
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Relevant qualifications or experience in aged care, disability support, or community services (preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important!).
- As we are new, additional clients will come on board and hours will increase.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $36.00 – $43.00 per hour
