We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Kitchen Hands to join our growing team across our stores in New South Wales (NSW), Australian Capital Territory (ACT), South Australia (SA), Victoria (VIC), Queensland (QLD), and Western Australia (WA).

This is a great chance for candidates with professional kitchen experience who are passionate about food, enjoy working in a team, and are looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients, including meat and vegetables.
- Prepare beef stock for daily service.
- Cook and prepare meals according to customer orders and dietary requirements.
- Maintain food quality, consistency, food safety, and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and well presented.
- Assemble and plate meals, including adding beef stock and garnishes.




- Store food and ingredients correctly in refrigerators and designated storage areas.

Requirements

- Minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in a professional kitchen.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential.
- Strong attention to food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently when required.
- Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must hold a valid visa with legal working rights in Australia.

Pay: $26.44 – $35.00 per hour
