Personal Trainer Wanted | Snap Fitness Austral Elderslie
Looking for a casual personal training role in Elderslie? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full time hours.
When you need to be available
You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.
Pay
Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:
- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- Your responsibilities
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Qualifications
A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
