Neds Bake is on the lookout for an experienced and passionate cafe all rounder to join our growing team across our Melbourne locations.

We're a busy, community-focused bakery and café group known for outstanding coffee, quality food, and genuine hospitality. If you're someone who takes pride in consistently providing excellent service and creating a welcoming experience for guests, we'd love to hear from you.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing warm, friendly customer service
- Assisting with food service and general front-of-house duties as required
- Opening and closing the venue, including cash handling, setup, lock-up procedures, and ensuring operational standards are met
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house areas
- Supporting the team during busy breakfast and lunch services

What We're Looking For





- Minimum 1 years' experience n a busy café environment
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lead by example and support team performance
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating roster
- Full Australian working rights

Pay: $26.44 – $42.49 per hour
