The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Rehabilitation Consultant Team Leader to join our expanding team.

This role is ideal for an experienced Psychologist, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist,



Exercise Physiologist with Team Leader or Senior Rehabilitation Consultant experience who is passionate about supporting injured individuals throughout their recovery journey.

Working across a diverse caseload, you will provide occupational rehabilitation services to clients within Workers Compensation and CTP schemes, collaborating closely with employers, insurers, medical practitioners, and allied health professionals to achieve positive rehabilitation and return-to-work outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach and mentor consultants across psychological, physical, same and new employer services.
- Support consultants with return to work cases.
- Conduct quality reviews and provide performance support.
- Build strong employer, insurer and stakeholder relationships.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and team development.
- Drive consistency, service quality and positive client outcomes.
- Contribute to service improvements and team growth.
- Manage a varied rehabilitation caseload across Workers Compensation and CTP schemes.

About You

You will possess:

- Ideally 5+ years’ occupational rehabilitation experience.
- Solid experience across New Employer and Same Employer services.
- Leadership, coaching or mentoring skills.
- Strong knowledge of NSW workers compensation.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.
- A proactive approach to finding solutions.
- Relevant registration with AHPRA, ASORC or ESSA.
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy.
- A current Australian Driver Licence and reliable motor vehicle.

Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
