About the Role

T&I; CIVIL is a residential and commercial development consultancy specialising in surveying, project management, BIM coordination, cloud mapping, steel design, and detailing.

Based in our Sydney office, we have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team. sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

· Hydrology & Stormwater: Undertake stormwater drainage design, hydrological modelling, and flood report preparation using HEC-RAS and HEC-HMS.

· Civil & Spatial Design: Utilise 12d Model software for civil design, earthworks, and surface modelling across major infrastructure and development projects.

· Structural Analysis & Design: Perform structural modelling and analysis of portal frames, pre-engineered steel buildings (PEBs), and industrial warehouses using ETABS and Prokon

· BIM & Point Cloud Integration: Convert, integrate, and process E57 point cloud data into Revit and IFC models, ensuring seamless spatial coordination between point cloud datasets and 3D architectural and structural models

· Project Delivery: Coordinate directly with multidisciplinary teams,



architects, and project managers to deliver comprehensive engineering design packages

Qualifications & Requirements

· Education: A minimum four-year Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent accredited qualification

· Experience: At least 12 months (one year) of skilled experience working on major or large-scale engineering projects

Technical Software Proficiency

· Civil & Hydrology: 12d Model, HEC-RAS, and HEC-HMS

· Structural: ETABS and Prokon

· BIM & Point Cloud: Revit, IFC model workflows, and E57 file integration

Desirable Skills & Preferred Experience

· International Project Experience: Previous experience working on major international projects will be considered a robust advantage

· Industry Experience: Experience in industrial warehouse developments, structural steel frames, and advanced point-cloud-to-BIM integration workflows

Pay: $85,000.00 per year
