The Bottle Shop is looking for dedicated Attendants to join our team. If you have a keen eye for product presentation, can assist customers with their selections, understand responsible service of alcohol, and genuinely enjoy building rapport with patrons, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

This is a casual, retail-focused position within our bottle shop. Your primary responsibilities will include serving customers, maintaining stock, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. You will work across our bottle shop floor, with shifts varying.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to all bottle shop patrons.

Assist customers with product selection and inquiries.

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bottle shop throughout each shift.

Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking shelves.

Adhere to strict RSA standards at all times.

Report any incidents or suspicious behaviour promptly.

Collaborate with the broader team to ensure seamless operations.

What You'll Bring to the Team

Current RSA certificate. This is essential.

Valid rights to work in Australia.

Flexibility and availability. You must be able to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.





Exceptional communication skills. You can engage with customers professionally and genuinely.

Strong customer service focus. You understand that service standards are everything.

Cash handling experience. You are accurate and trustworthy with financial transactions.

A team player mentality. You work efficiently in a collaborative environment.

A professional presentation. You take pride in your appearance and grooming.

Experience in a retail environment is highly regarded.
