Personal Training Position | Ashbourne

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Ashbourne. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full time hours are not guaranteed.

Availability

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

Pay and super

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

Requirements

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start




- A Working with Children Check by the time you start

- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
