Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West Redfern

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Redfern. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full time hours.

What it pays

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week

- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.

There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.





To be considered

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Availability

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
