About the Role

Soonta Rundle Place is looking for reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic casual team members to join our busy team in the heart of Adelaide CBD.

We operate in a fast paced hospitality environment and are looking for people who are honest, dependable, motivated and genuinely willing to learn.

Previous hospitality experience is an advantage, but not essential. We are happy to train the right person who demonstrates a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Your Responsibilities

- Preparing fresh Vietnamese food, including bánh mì, cold rolls and rice bowls.
- Taking customer orders and providing friendly, efficient service.
- Maintaining high standards of food preparation, cleanliness and food safety.
- Working efficiently during busy lunch periods.
- Supporting other team members to keep daily operations running smoothly.
- Learning different areas of the business, including food preparation and front-of-house service.

Training and Working Hours

All new team members will receive hands-on training, initially starting around 8:30 am. We close at 5:00pm so there are no afternoon shifts beyond this time.

Morning training will focus on learning our menu, ingredients, food preparation procedures and quality standards.

As training progresses, team members will develop skills across different areas of the store, with opportunities to work wide-ranging weekday shifts.
