Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Austral Menangle Park

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Menangle Park. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Availability

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

What we provide

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

Pay

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- To be considered
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start




- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Day to day
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
