Long-Term Opportunity located in the Sutherland Shire Front Desk Legend Wanted Ready to be the welcoming face of a busy, award-winning naturopathic clinic in the Sutherland Shire? We’re looking for an experienced Receptionist/Allrounder to join our passionate team and keep our front-of-house running smoothly.

This is a fast-paced, varied role best suited to someone who can juggle multiple tasks, stay organised (lists are your best friend), and thrive in a busy workplace while making every client feel at home.

Hourly rate: $32-$35 per hour, depending on experience

Minimum 3+ years recent Receptionist experience

Long-term casual position (approx. 20+ hours/week,

including Saturdays )

Warm, reliable, and proactive with a can-do attitude

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure

Confident on the phone with excellent customer service skills

Computer-savvy (Microsoft Office, fast typing, confident with systems)

Preferred / Ideal Experience

Experience in a health/naturopathic clinic

Familiarity with Cliniko CRM software (training provided)

Local to the Sutherland Shire (or within 20–30 minutes)

Role Responsibilities





Welcome and assist clients in person and over the phone

Manage appointments, emails, payments, and daily tasks

Keep front-of-house organised and running efficiently

Prepare herbal and nutritional dispensary items

Support stock control, ordering, and admin tasks

Work closely with practitioners to maintain a calm, positive clinic environment
