SpaceX is seeking a Hardware Development Engineer for PCBA manufacturing to lead PCBA processes in in-house production and drive volume manufacturing improvements. You will collaborate with design engineers and process specialists to enable reliable, scalable PCBA output.

Responsibilities include managing work instructions, tracking WIP and defects, and implementing corrective actions to enhance quality, output, and manufacturability in a fast-paced workplace.
