About the Role:

As a member of the Property and Commercial team, you will be exposed to a diverse range of commercial matters. Your responsibilities will include:

- Handling property development projects for a mix of listed and private companies, investors, owners, and landlords
- Managing all stages of commercial and residential property transactions, including acquisitions and sales, disposals, finance, and joint ventures
- Working on interesting and complex property matters

About You:





The ideal candidate will possess:

- A minimum of three (3) years PAE in commercial and/or property law
- The ability to run files with guidance from senior lawyers
- A genuine interest in property and commercial law
- A proactive approach to work
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and excellent file management

Key Criteria:

- A proactive, can-do attitude with the confidence to explore new areas of law
- Initiative and desire to take ownership of files and client relationships
