JBS Pork Australia in Laverton, WA, is seeking an Australian Government Authorised Officer (AAO) for a full time role reporting to the Assistant Quality Assurance Manager.

You will perform post-mortem and ante-mortem inspections under AEMIS, monitor process compliance with meat safety standards, and contribute to QA and QC systems.

The role requires AAO accreditation, knowledge of HACCP, and willingness to work early mornings and overtime.
