Casual Personal Trainer | Queenscliff

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Queenscliff. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full time hours are not guaranteed.

What we provide

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

When you need to be available

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

What we are looking for

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Pay structure

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week




- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Day to day
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
