Health Equipmentnsumable Supplies Australia

Tingalpa

At HECSA — Health Equipment and Consumable Supplies Australia, every order supports someone needing care. We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager who takes pride in that responsibility and wants to help shape the way our warehouse operates as our business grows.

Founded in 2019, HECSA is a growing Queensland based business supplying medical consumables to customers across Australia in the Disability, aged care and the wider healthcare sector.

Our reputation is built on customer service, reliable supply and finding solutions for our customers. Behind that promise is a warehouse team that makes it happen. You’ll take ownership of our fast-moving Tingalpa warehouse, keeping daily operations moving while building the processes, capability and discipline that support our next stage of growth.

This is an opportunity to work directly with the Company Director, develop your team and make practical improvements you can see working every day.

Your priorities will include:

- Leading a team that takes pride in its work: set transparent expectations, coach your people and build a culture of accountability, teamwork and safety.

- Delivering accurate orders on time: oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch, balancing daily priorities with customer commitments.
- Keeping stock accurate and accessible: manage stocktakes, investigate discrepancies and improve stock location and replenishment practices.
- Finding better ways to work: improve warehouse layout, workflows and procedures to reduce errors, wasted movement and delays.
- Using information to drive results: monitor productivity, order accuracy and inventory performance, then turn those insights into action.
- Connecting the operation:

work closely with Procurement, Customer Relations and other teams to resolve stock issues and keep customers informed.
- Keeping people and equipment protected: oversee warehouse safety, equipment and vehicle maintenance schedules, and reliable transport arrangements.

What you’ll bring:

You’re an experienced warehouse or logistics leader who can organise a busy operation, make sound decisions and bring the team with you in your vision.

You’ll need to be comfortable working with digital systems, maintaining accurate records, building and using reports to understand what’s happening in the warehouse.

Experience with MYOB Acumatica is an advantage, but we don’t expect you to know every platform from day one. A background in ERP or warehouse management systems, a willingness to learn and an eye for making systems work better for the team will set you up for success.

You’ll have:

- Proven experience managing warehouse operations and leading teams.
- A practical understanding of inventory control, order fulfilment and dispatch.
- The confidence to address performance issues fairly and develop your people.
- Strong planning skills and a calm approach when priorities change.
- A commitment to safe working practices and consistent standards.
- The ability to spot a recurring problem, find its cause and put a lasting fix in place.

Ready to make an impact?

If you enjoy leading people, improving operations and seeing the results of your work, we’d like to hear from you.

Apply with your resume and a short cover letter telling us about a warehouse improvement you’ve led and the difference it made.
