Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring productive workflows and implementing process improvements.
- Drive business development initiatives and oversee the generation of new work.
- Assist in developing and implementing business strategies aligned with company goals.
- Oversee marketing efforts to enhance the firm's market presence.
- Ensure technical excellence in civil engineering project delivery.

Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in civil engineering or construction, with at least 10 years in a senior management role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA or relevant business degree.

- Experience in business development, budgeting, and commercial negotiations.
