What you’ll be doing:

Reporting to the Head of Finance & Business Performance, you will be the trusted advisor who explains the "story behind the numbers" and provides actionable insights to support business performance across the ANZ region.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
- Deliver monthly performance reporting, analysis and commentary
- Identify trends, risks and opportunities through financial modelling and data analysis
- Partner with senior business leaders to provide commercial insights and recommendations
- Support strategic initiatives,



investment decisions and business cases
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting, planning and financial processes
- Enhance reporting capabilities through automation and tools
- Manage financial governance, controls and compliance requirements
- Act as a key liaison between ANZ Finance and global Zurich Finance teams.

What skills and experience you’ll bring on this journey:

You are a commercially focused finance professional who combines strong analytical capability with exceptional stakeholder management skills.

- CA or CPA qualification
- Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related field
- 8+ years' experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A;, Commercial Finance or Cost Management
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills
- Experience driving process improvements, automation and reporting enhancements
- Exposure to complex, global or matrixed environments
- Confidence influencing and constructively challenging senior stakeholders
- The ability to simplify complex financial information into clear business recommendations.
