About the role
As a Practice Manager in our Chatswood Chase Clinic, you'll play a key role in driving operational excellence while creating a supportive, team-driven workplace. You'll have the chance to grow your career in a dynamic, forward-thinking practice that places strong emphasis on personal development and ongoing training.

A day in the life:

- Collaborating with lead doctors to ensure smooth operational workflows
- Overseeing the day-to-day practice operations with a focus on quality care
- Facilitating inductions and in-house training sessions for current staff
- Managing the diary scheduling system with the Clinical Team, including waitlist management and patient appointment coordination
- Providing solution-focused management to clinic operations and doctor queries
- Leading a team with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and patient care

What we're looking for:

- Prior Practice Management experience in a General Practice Clinic
- Confident in taking on leadership and senior administrative roles
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in managing nursing and administration staff
- Familiarity with Medicare, DVA, Work Cover, HICAPS, and Private Health Insurance billings preferred
- Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills
- A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for enhancing patient experiences and practice operations
