2B Group Management Pty Ltd oversees a group of businesses operating in importing, wholesale distribution and business support services. Our group includes 2B Shop and BluePrynt Australia, with operations involving overseas suppliers, inventory management and multiple sales channels.
We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead the group's financial and accounting functions and support informed commercial decisions. The successful applicant will be employed by BluePrynt Australia Pty Ltd and provide finance leadership across the group.

About the role
Reporting to the directors, you will oversee financial planning, reporting, cash flow and internal controls. You will work closely with operational teams and external advisers to improve financial performance and support business growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Develop, implement and review financial policies, accounting procedures, budgets and business plans in consultation with the directors.
- Direct financial and accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, banking and month-end reporting.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and management reports, including profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow and budget variance analysis.
- Prepare budgets,



rolling forecasts and financial models to assess profitability, funding requirements and business performance.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, supplier payment planning and funding requirements for imported inventory.
- Analyse landed costs, product and customer profitability, and pricing and margins across wholesale, distributor and retail channels.
- Advise directors on cost management, capital expenditure, financing options and investment decisions.
- Maintain and improve accounting and inventory systems, including integration, reporting processes and data accuracy.
- Establish and monitor financial controls, approval processes, reconciliations and risk management procedures.
- Oversee financial compliance and coordinate GST/BAS, PAYG withholding, superannuation and year-end requirements with external accountants and tax advisers.
- Coordinate finance personnel and work with sales, warehouse and operational teams to improve financial processes.

About you

- A bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance or a related discipline, or relevant skilled experience.
- Demonstrated experience in financial management, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
