We are committed to delivering high-quality services to our clients and are currently seeking reliable and motivated Cleaning Operators to join our team at Bayside Shopping Centre in Frankston, VIC.

Available Positions

1. Full-Time Car Park Cleaner / Sweeper Operator

- Location: Bayside Shopping Centre, Frankston VIC 3199

- Employment Type: Full time (38 hours per week)

- Working Days: Monday to Friday

- Working Hours: Night shift, approximately 12:24 am – 8:00 am

- Hourly Rate: $36.36 (base rate)

- Experience operating car park sweepers is preferred.

2. Casual Night Shift Scrubber Operator

- Location: Bayside Shopping Centre, Frankston VIC 3199

- Employment Type: Casual

- Working Days: Tuesday to Saturday

- Working Hours: Night shift, approximately 7.5 hours per shift

- Hourly Rate: $39.16 (base rate)

- Experience operating floor scrubber machines is preferred.

Immediate start available for suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate cleaning equipment, including car park sweepers and floor scrubbers.

- Perform general cleaning duties in designated areas.

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.





- Conduct basic equipment checks and report maintenance issues.

- Follow workplace health and safety procedures.

- Work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

- Previous retail cleaning experience is preferred.

- Experience operating cleaning machinery, such as sweepers or scrubbers, is highly regarded.

- Availability to work night shifts.

- Ability to perform physically demanding cleaning duties.

- Strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic.

- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

- A positive attitude and commitment to workplace safety.
