Shift Manager – Schnitz Bendigo

Schnitz Bendigo is on the lookout for a motivated, reliable and enthusiastic Shift Manager to join our team! We’re looking for someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced setting and is passionate about delivering great food and service.

Part-time or full-time opportunities available for the right candidate!

What you’ll be doing

- Leading, motivating and supporting the team throughout each shift.

- Delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring every guest has a great experience.

- Maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness and food safety.

- Managing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.

- Helping train and develop team members.

- Keeping the restaurant running smoothly during busy periods.

What we’re looking for

- Previous hospitality or quick-service restaurant experience.

- Leadership experience, ideally in a supervisory or shift management role.

- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

- A positive attitude and the ability to lead by example.

- A strong work ethic and willingness to get hands-on.

- Weekend and evening/night availability is essential.
