As our brand continues to grow, we're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Sales Assistant to join our team across our Sydney boutiques.

The Role

Join Carolina Lifestyle in one of our Sydney boutiques, where you will share your passion for fashion and styling clients in the position of Senior Sales Assistant.

We are looking for someone who is confident on the shop floor, loves connecting with customers and has a genuine passion for achieving sales results while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Flexible shifts are available. You must be available to work regular weekend shifts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for duties including the following:

- Using your fashion knowledge and styling expertise to create a personalised experience for every client

- Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients

- Working towards and contributing to store sales targets and KPIs

- Supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the boutique

- Taking initiative on the shop floor and leading by example

- Maintaining high visual merchandising and presentation standards

- Processing sales and assisting with stock management and inventory counts

- Receiving, replenishing and merchandising new deliveries

- Ensuring the boutique is always presented to the highest standard





- Building client relationships and encouraging repeat business

- Working collaboratively with the wider team to achieve store objectives

You are

- Passionate about fashion, styling and delivering an exceptional customer experience

- An experienced retail sales professional with a proven background in fashion or a premium customer service setting

- Confident engaging with customers and building genuine client relationships

- Naturally sales focused and motivated by achieving targets

- A positive, energetic and personable team member

- Self-motivated and able to work independently when required

- Someone who takes pride in presentation, attention to detail and maintaining a beautiful store setting

- Commercially minded, proactive and willing to take ownership

- A robust communicator who enjoys working as part of a small, close-knit team

- Open to learning and developing within a growing Australian fashion business

- Available to work regular weekends
