About the role

We are looking for an experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at The Lab Cafe and Desserts. You will lead and support our team during shifts, ensure exceptional customer service, oversee daily café operations and help create a positive and enjoyable workplace.

Key responsibilities

- Leading and supporting our team during shifts

- Ensuring exceptional customer service

- Overseeing daily café operations

- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation

- Helping create a positive and enjoyable workplace

About you

- Previous café or hospitality experience (min 1yr)

- Experience supervising and leading a team

- A positive, friendly and enthusiastic attitude

- Robust customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work independently, take initiative and manage busy shifts

- Reliable, organised and a great team player

- Adaptable availability midweek and weekends, working on a rotating roster including weekday, weekend and evening shifts. Around 25-35 hours per week
