The Opportunity

You'll take responsibility for managing a portfolio of quality residential properties across Melbourne's inner suburbs, supported by an experienced management team with a dedicated focus on the Property Management division.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing day-to-day operations of a residential property portfolio
- Building strong relationships with landlords, renters and stakeholders
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractor communication
- Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears
- Overseeing routine inspections, entry and exit processes
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and property management requirements
- Proactively resolving tenancy and property-related matters




- Maintaining high service standards and strong client relationships
- Working closely with senior management to address challenges and improve portfolio performance

About You

We're interested in speaking with experienced Property Managers who are confident managing residential portfolios and take genuine ownership of their work.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Previous experience managing your own residential property portfolio
- Strong knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
- A proactive,



organised and solutions-focused approach
- Confidence handling maintenance, arrears, leasing and tenancy matters
- Strong attention to detail and professional presentation
- A reliable, accountable attitude and willingness to contribute to a growing team
- Current Victorian real estate registration and a valid driver's licence

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who takes pride in delivering a high standard of service, values a supportive working environment and wants to represent a quality real estate brand.

- $90,000–$100,000 + Super + Commissions
- 1 day WFH initially, with the opportunity to increase to 2 days following a 6–12 month review
