Precision Labour Hire is seeking reliable Process Workers and Order Pickers for ongoing day, afternoon and night shift opportunities at a chemical manufacturing facility in Lytton.

Applicants must be available for immediate starts.

Shift Details

- Day shift: Mon - Thurs: 6.00am - 2.30pm | Fri: 6.00am - 12.00pm

- Afternoon shift: Mon – Thurs: 2.15pm – 10.45pm | Fri: 12.00pm – 6.00pm

- Night shift: Mon - Thurs: 10.30pm - 6.15am | Fri: 6.00pm - 2.00am

Process Workers

- Operating production and processing machinery

- Assisting with manufacturing, packaging and palletising

- Monitoring equipment, performing basic troubleshooting and reporting faults

- Conducting quality checks and maintaining a safe, organised work area

Order Pickers w/ LF ticket

- Picking, packing and preparing products for dispatch

- Operating a forklift as required, with approximately 90% manual handling and 10% forklift operation

- Palletising, labelling and sealing products

- Completing quality checks and following safety procedures

Requirements

- Previous manufacturing,



production or process experience for Process Worker positions

- Current Australian forklift licence and previous forklift operating experience for Forklift Operator / Order Picker positions

- Good attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual handling

- Reliable, safety-conscious and able to work as part of a team

- Full Australian working rights with no restrictions on working hours or employment duration

Mandatory PPE : Applicants must supply their own yellow long sleeved cotton shirt, long pants and steel-capped safety boots. Cotton clothing is compulsory in this chemical manufacturing workplace; polyester and other synthetic clothing are not permitted.
