Join a Leading Technology Operation in a Hands-On Warehouse Role!

RPR Trades is seeking reliable, motivated and detail-oriented Computer Setup & Packaging Operators to join our client in Prestons, working in a busy warehouse environment.

This is a great chance for candidates who enjoy working with computers, following step-by-step instructions and completing practical, hands-on tasks.

You will be responsible for setting up computers according to individual client requirements by following prompts displayed on the computer screen. Once the setup process is complete, you will carefully package the computers and prepare them for shipping.

Important: Good English reading and comprehension skills are essential, as you will need to independently read, understand and follow instructions displayed on the computer screen.

About the Role

Working at individual workstations within a large warehouse, you will follow a structured process to ensure computers are configured correctly and ready for delivery to clients.

Your duties will include:

- Setting up and configuring computers according to client specifications.

- Reading and following on-screen prompts and instructions in English.

- Completing computer setup processes accurately and efficiently.

- Checking completed setups for accuracy and reporting any issues.

- Packaging computers securely and preparing them for dispatch.

- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workstation.





- Following workplace procedures and quality standards.

- Working towards daily production targets while maintaining attention to detail.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Strong English reading and comprehension skills – essential.

- Basic computer skills and confidence navigating computer screens.

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.

- A reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.

- The ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Previous experience in warehousing, production, electronics assembly, computer setup or packaging is advantageous but not essential. Full training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and aptitude.
