We're looking for one of the most key members of our team: the person who greets every patient and sets the energy of the practice.

About the role

You'll be the concierge of our clinic. You'll create a warm, welcoming reception area, look after an awesome team of chiropractors, and help patients from the moment they walk in. Day to day you'll:

- Greet patients and make every visit feel personal

- Book, reschedule and confirm appointments

- Answer phones and enquiries

- Take payments and record transactions

- Support patient care and the smooth running of the practice

About you

- A people person: outgoing, energetic and on the extroverted side

- Super organised, a strong communicator and able to multitask

- Quick learner with good computer skills (Microsoft Office/Windows an advantage)

- High standard of personal presentation





- Shares our values around health and natural, holistic care

- Customer service experience required; healthcare or hospitality a bonus

Experience in a similar setting is preferred, but the right fit for our team matters most. Weekly training is provided, so come ready to learn and grow both professionally and personally.

The details

- Part-time, 25–30 hours per week

- $31–$36 per hour, depending on experience

- Shifts are spread across Monday to Saturday (mornings and afternoons)

- Location: St Albans, Melbourne's west
