WA Health through the Chief Nursing and Midwifery Office offers financial assistance through scholarships. This scholarship is for Enrolled Nurses employed within WA public health sector who wish to undertake further professional development through registered training organisations (RTOs) leading to a qualification in administering and monitoring medicines and intravenous therapy.
Successful scholarships recipients will be funded 100% of the course cost upon successful completion of the administering and monitoring medicines and intravenous therapy course.
For the EN medication and IV administration scholarship you must provide the following supporting documents:
1. Covering Letter (max 1page)
2. Evidence of enrolment
3. Proof of Australian Citizenship/Permanent Residency Visa
4. Evidence of Name change documentation (if required)
5. Proof of registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board Australia (NMBA)
6. Evidence from your Nurse Manager you are employed permanently in the WA Health public sector as an enrolled nurse
