Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Support Worker with a minimum of 2 years’ proven experience to support participants with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Shift Requirements:

- Set Shifts across various SIL locations.

- Shift times - Day Shifts 8am -4pm: Night Shifts - 4pm -8am ( Inactive Nights ) :- and 24 hours shifts.

Locations;

- Haynes, Hilbert, Baldivis and Beeliar

About You:

- Proven experience supporting clients with Autism, limited verbal communication, and challenging behaviours

- Experienced in working within a Shared Living (SIL) environment

- Skilled in redirection strategies and confident in following Behaviour Support Plans

- Demonstrated ability to build positive client engagement and trust

- Fluent in English, with solid written and verbal communication skills

- Reliable, consistent,



and able to work collaboratively within a set roster

- Patient, compassionate, and genuinely driven to make a real difference in the lives of the people we support — someone who has a heart for change and believes in improving outcomes for every client
