The Peninsula Hotel is looking for a Casual Duty Manager with a bar focus, gaming advantageous, who is highly motivated, results driven and has a passion for customer service. Career progression and a salary is on offer for the right applicant.

We are searching for individuals with previous experience and who possess the following attributes:

- Must have exceptional customer service, professional attitude and presentation

- Oversee daily operations across multiple areas: bar and gaming

- Current Keno and TAB experience is an advantage

- Experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry is essential

- A hands-on approach with a "can do" attitude that leads by example

- Strong passion for bar, service, and hospitality

- Must be available 20-30+ Hours over a 7-day roster, mornings, afternoons and night shifts available
